Internship position for the office in Galway, Ireland
QuickGalway is recruiting proactive part-time interns to join our international team for the summer in Galway. It is a very attractive, dynamic and varied experience, which our interns are always enthusiastic about.
The role is a position repaid by benefits (like accommodation and transport costs). We require availability for five days per week (4/6 hours per day), mostly morning hours and including some weekends (if required). We offer an initial contract and a 2-month probationary period.
The intern will work in our office (city centre) and will be required to meet clients/team members at the business locations regularly.
The position will cover the following areas:
- customer service (email, calls, WhatsApp)
- sales and contracts
- meeting groups of international students
- Tasks relating to the property service.
The candidate needs to show some previous experience in the listed sectors and a very good attitude to customer service. Good communication skills (English language, written and oral), a team player attitude, and flexibility over time are strictly required.
The candidate must possess an aptitude for problem-solving, great communication skills, and availability for practical tasks.
Additional language knowledge is a preferred option.
Training is provided to the candidate.
Accommodation in a shared room in a self-catering property is provided for free, as well as an urban transport card.
