  • What does co-living mean?

    Co-living is a new life concept for like-minded people to live and be together. The living spaces are fully furnished, and

    the property is self-catering (while ordinary and extraordinary maintenance is provided by QuickGalway). The main

    value of the co-living experience is to meet people in the same accommodation and share values and culture.

  • What type of accommodation do we offer?

    We offer residential accommodation for anyone needing a temporary home in Ireland. We offer a flexible duration. You

    can leave at any moment by giving us four weeks notice. All very simple.

    The accommodation options suit different preferences and budgets. These include:

    - Private rooms: Ideal for individuals who prefer their own space while still enjoying the community environment.

    - Shared rooms: Perfect for those who enjoy a more social living experience and want to connect with others.

    - Apartments: For those seeking a more independent living space with a private kitchen and living area.

    Each space is fully furnished, providing a comfortable, convenient home.

  • What is the minimum and maximum stay duration?

    The minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is six months. However, we offer flexible durations for longer

    stays (subject to revision and availability). You can extend your stay or move out with a 4-week notice.

  • Where are your houses located?

    All our houses are in the centre of Galway/Limerick (the furthest ones are 10-15 minutes by bus). All houses are very

    close to supermarkets, cafes, pubs and bus stops.

  • Do you pay a deposit?

    Yes, we require a security deposit. The deposit will be returned after leaving the accommodation according to the

    accepted contract and the conditions of the room.

  • How do you book?

    Booking is simple! Just send us an email with your desired check-in and check-out dates (which can be adjusted later),

    and let us know at least 5 preferences from the available houses listed on our website. Once we confirm your booking

    request, we’ll send you a payment link, where you can complete your reservation via bank transfer or PayPal.

  • What is the Booking Fee?

    The booking fee is a sum that is paid only once (and every six months in case of extension of the stay). It is used to

    cover the agency costs related to your booking (assistance, dedicated team, bill management, maintenance, issuing of

    official documents, etc.) throughout your stay. This fee helps ensure you receive the best service during your stay.

  • Can I see the room before booking?

    We advise you to book in advance so that you can come to our accommodation on the day you arrive in Ireland. We will send you photos and a video of a virtual tour of the house and room you are booking. Our team will do everything possible to accommodate a viewing request, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • What is included in the rent?

    Rent covers accommodation, all bills (including unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, and waste disposal), and access to shared home facilities like laundry and kitchen. We reserve the right to ask for a contribution to the bills if these exceed

    reasonable amounts for the property and number of occupants.

  • Will a representative be waiting for me for the check-in?

    No, it will be a self-check-in. All the necessary information will be sent via email between 7 and 10 days before your check-in date.

  • Do you need to bring towels, sheets, etc.?

    We provides one full set of bed linens, a duvet and a pillow. Towels and other personal items must be brought from home or bought locally.

  • What is the Check-Out Fee?

    The check-out fee, deducted from your final security deposit, is used to cover maintenance and professional cleanings

    costs carried on along your stay and after your departure (painting, repair, etc). The minimum checkout fee is 35 euro per person.

  • What if you don't like the room?

    If you are uncomfortable with your accommodation, we can offer you a different room and house.

  • What should you do if you have an urgent issue with my accommodation?

    Our property maintenance team is available 24/7 for urgent issues. You will be provided with an emergency numbers upon your check-in dates. Please, use that number for emergency matters only. For non-urgent matters, please fill out our maintenance request form here:

  • What are the house rules?

    To ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone, we have a few house rules in place.


    The main ones are:

    ● No parties or loud noise after 9 pm.

    ● No overnight guests without permission.

    ● No illegal drugs allowed.

    ● No smoking inside the property.

    ● No changing bedrooms without permission.

    ● No candles, the use of candles is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

    ● No e - scooters

    ● Always lock exterior doors; security is everyone's responsibility.

    ● Separate and dispose of waste properly; take out bins weekly.

    ● Keep bedrooms and common areas clean.

    ● Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

  • How does the cleaning of the common area of the house work?

    Each resident is responsible for cleaning and keeping the common area clean and organised.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our properties to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.

  • Is Wi-Fi available in all areas of the property?

    Yes, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property, including rooms and common areas.

  • How do I extend my stay?

    You can always extend your stay based on availability. We recommend notifying us at hello@quickgalway.com as soon

    as possible to confirm your extended booking.

  • How do I pay my rental on a recurring basis?

    ● Bank transfer

    As for T&C of your contract, late rent will incur penalties as follows: €5 per day penalty up to 3 days and €10 per day

    penalty thereafter. The fees will be notified by the office by an official e-mail.

  • Is PayPal accepted as payment method?

    PayPal charges fees on the amount you pay, so QuickGalway receives less than the amount needed to cover the rental

    fee. Therefore, PayPal is not accepted (except for the security deposit only payment on arrival).

  • What types of internships do we offer?

    We offer many internships in various sectors such as tourism, hospitality, IT, administration, and customer service.

    Through our partners, we provide basic, intermediate, and advanced level internships tailored to your knowledge and

    experience.

  • Are the internships paid?

    No, the internships are normally unpaid. They are designed to provide practical work experience and enhance your English language skills in a real-world setting.

  • How long do the internships last?

    The duration of internships varies and can be customized based on your availability and preferences. We offer both short-term (2–5 weeks) and long-term internships, with flexible start dates throughout the year.

  • Can you combine an internship with an English course?

    Yes, combining an internship with an English course is highly recommended. This combination allows you to apply your

    language skills in a professional environment, enhancing your learning experience.

  • How do you apply for an internship?

    Yes, We offers internship opportunities for students and workers of all ages who wish to gain international experience.

  • What support do we provide during the internship?

    We offer comprehensive support including assistance with accommodation, transportation, and cultural activities. We

    also provide 24/7 emergency assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay.

  • Can groups participate in internship programs?

    Yes, We specialize in organizing group internship programs. We handle all logistical and administrative aspects, including reception, transport, excursions, food, lodging, and 24/7 assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for

  • How can host families get involved?

    Hosting international students is a great opportunity to provide a cultural exchange opportunity for both the student and

    the host family. Interested families can apply by completing a Host Family Profile and agreeing to the Host Agreement.
