Terms & Conditions 

The Guest agrees:

  1. Student shall keep their bedroom clean and be expected to change their bed sheets regularly.
  2. Student shall keep the bathroom clean
  3. Student shall take clothes to laundry area on a regular basis and do own laundry if expected to do so by host family.
  4. Retain at all times a key to the house, do not give it to others and return it to the family upon final departure.
  5. Respect the privacy of the other family members.
  6. Discuss and abide by house rules regarding in particular meal times, snacks, curfew time, computer/cell phone arrangements and friends visiting and staying overnight.
  7. Consumption of alcohol: Students shall refrain from consumption. Cigarette smoking will not be allowed in the house.


Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

  1. Rent must be paid on time and always in advance of the week, directly to QuickGalway (not to the Host). QuickGalway will send you an invoice on a recurring time and the payment shall be provided due the expire day, penalty fees are applied in case of delay (5 euro per day up to 5 days). The rates are base on a weekly fee inclusive of the offer provided at the booking time; 
  2. In the case of a booking cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances by the Guest (eg accident / family emergency) please contact QuickGalway immediately. On a standard base QuickGalway requires at least two weeks of notice in case of check out; 
  3. For all the other aspects of your booking, please refer to T&C applied and advertised on our website.
